Summary: This is a exterior hall entry, motel. The exterior is in rough shape and clearly several persons at times loiter outside on the stairs and common areas as there are beer cans and cigarette butts. You can park close to room. The rooms somewhat redone at some point but dim, dated and worn in some places.
